Working Families Picnic

Come join your neighbors in Hastings for an afternoon of community, conversation, and connection at our Working Families Picnic.

This family friendly event is an opportunity to gather with neighbors, enjoy a meal, and hear from local leaders and organizers who are working to support Minnesota’s working families.

We’ll have free food, games and activities for all ages, and ways to get involved in your community. Come meet local candidates, local unions or connect with fellow community members, and learn how we can build a stronger, more inclusive future together.

This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.

We will be collecting donations for Hastings Family Service. Find their most-needed items here.

This is a free event but RSVP to info@dflsd41.com is appreciated to plan on numbers
